Authorities in Oklahoma are offering up to a $10,000 reward for a “snuff” video said to exist containing the rape and murder of 19-year-old Carina Saunders, who was found dismembered inside two duffel bags in a field behind a Bethany grocery store in October 2011.
Saunders had reportedly become involved with drugs and illegal activities. Police initially arrested and charged two suspects after her remains were discovered – Luis Ruiz and Jimmy Massey – but those charges were dropped due to lack of physical evidence and three officers involved in investigating the murder are now under investigation themselves for alleged deceptive and misleading tactics pertaining to the case against Ruiz and Massey.
A woman who is an alleged prostitute claims to have seen the “snuff” film of Saunders’ torture and slaying.
