The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is asking for the public’s assistance in the disappearance of Ontario native Ashley Simpson, who vanished April 28 after leaving her boyfriend’s home in Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
The 33-year-old hotel employee was originally from the St. Catharines area and spent her summers in Huntsville. Ashley was apparently attempting to return home to Niagara-on-the-Lake, where her parents live, for her sister’s baby shower on May 15.
Anyone with information on the disappearance of Ashley Simpson is asked to call the Salmon Arm RCMP at (250) 832-6044 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
(Update: The Salmon Arm Observer reports that RCMP are now investigating Ashley’s disappearance as a possible homicide, according to her father, John)
