DNA Tests Clear Wrongfully Convicted Man Following 16-Year Imprisonment

luis_vargasRT.com reports that 46-year-old Luis Vargas has been exonerated after serving 16 years in prison on rape and sexual assault charges.

Vargas was sentenced to 55 years imprisonment in 1999.
